Introducing this blog — where cybersecurity ML meets football analytics

Welcome to my blog.

I’m a Senior Data Scientist at CrowdStrike, where I build ML systems and AI agents for endpoint security. Outside of work, I apply the same toolkit — machine learning, data engineering, statistical modeling — to my passion: football (soccer) analytics.

This space will feature technical write-ups from both worlds: deep dives into metrics development, analysis of tracking and event data, experiments with AI agents, and reflections on applying data science across very different domains.

Coming up, I’ll be writing about the development of the Active Support Index (ASI) — a metric for quantifying off-ball movement under pressure — and sharing other football analytics explorations along the way.
